The President’s Leadership Development Program at Howard Community College is committed to supporting and developing leaders who will drive positive change within our college community. This 12-month program fosters professional growth through innovative and distinct curricula and supportive networks, empowering participants to deepen their organizational insights and contribute to the future of HCC. By fostering a strong internal community, the program prepares leaders to drive HCC Forward and cultivate the future of higher education.
A program designed for HCC leaders who aspire to executive leadership within Higher Education.
Eligibility: Selected fellows must be serving as faculty and staff who have the title of Dean, Associate Vice President, Executive Director, or Director.

A program designed for HCC employees who aspire to serve in a leadership capacity at HCC.
Eligibility: Selected fellows must be serving as Managers, Coordinators, Chairs, Faculty, or Staff who demonstrate exceptional performance and potential for leadership.
